Any suggestions on how to check if the starter switch is working? Bike was running great. Stopped for 5 minutes and tried to restart. Heard a click/snap and then nothing. Batter is good.

it could be the relay. But if it clicks there should be a voltage output towards the starter.
Try to put the kill switch in off position. Press the starter button and then flick the switch to on position. Sometimes this works.

Ha ha , straight out of the space shuttle trouble shooting manual.
Check that the plug has not fallen out of the solenoid......mine did and I pushed the bike 1/2 way round Nelson trying to start it before looking under the seat. Probly the hardest bike I have ever tried to push start....there is nowhere to jump on when you dump the clutch......most bikes you can "side saddle" it and then get a leg over when it starts but not Paso

Will let you know if it works. Also have some suggestions from Steve S. that I will try if the kill switch trick doesn't work.

I made that comment too quickly. It won't work on the 907IE as the kill switch powers one of the main relays. On the P750 it's different. There the the coils get their 12V via the kill switch. Sometimes if there's a voltage drop due to bad electrical connections flicking the kill switch while turning the engine over may overcome contact problems inside the switch at least enought to get the coils the minimal voltage they require to create a spark and fire the engine up.

Assuming the plug hasn't dropped out of the solenoid the quickest check would be to connect a lamp across the 2 terminals of the solenoid connector. When the starter switch is pressed it should light up. If it doesn't either the starter switch isn't making contact or the kill switch isn't making contact. If the kill switch isn't contacting the fuel pump won't run at swich on and the charge warning light won't come on either.
