$20 for a plastics bag so I can list it as New instead of "new other, without packaging". Maybe I should start making platic bags. Regardless, the fact is they are all sold and they were infact new. The fact that you didn't like the price $60 here which was 40% less than what any others were listed for is not my concern everyone has a limit on what they want to spend on each part.

As for me copying wording I could care less. It is done to me everyday as well as other copying my pictures for their listing. Copying a part description wether it be from a manufacturers website or another listing is not copyright infringement.

Best Regards,

Nick

If you don't know how to advertise your parts without making crazy hypocritical comments about others' auctions ...

don't copy their auctions and instead use your own time listing the product - since you're so proud of the time it takes you
to make an almost entirely automated listing.

re: $60/$80 for some dingy parts - I have 2 truly NOS ones, in vacuum packed packages,
that's why I sold the other.

The newer ones have a slightly cleaner design and are backward compatible.

OKAY Guys and Girls we get the point please don't use this site to have an open spat at each other.

Please we all love our Paso's and know the parts are expensive sometimes but lets not get personal on here we all stick and paste and are lazy some time and we all try and get the maximum for our hard sourced spares. That's life.

WE are not that kind of club.

Go have  or :smoke: or even a :fart: and kinda :choo: :choo: and come back :D

Mmda ...

If he merely commented on the price as others have, no issues - that's everyone's prerogative.
But his only impetus for the 'comments' was to sell his parts.
You want to sell your stuff - do it without talking nonsense about someone else's auction.

End of. Particularly in a small community as this.

Re: the price - there was a new one being sold by someone else on here a few months ago for $100.

I orig. paid $70 for the part with shipping. After Ebay/Paypal/'Free' insured shipping I have $74.

I passed the part on, because I found 2 others in Europe which is where the bike is.

Thanks for the other comments though - ya cheap scoundrels ;)

I went through my receipts folder on the weekend and found the invoice of a brandnew chain slider I purchased in 2011. I paid GBP 7.50 + 3.50 for shipping. :truck:
