Another one being parted out

Fairly decent 906 being split up on uk eBay. Apparently running which is sad. Understand it makes sense for some bikes to be split as it allows others to live especially when there is a limited amount of spares available.

Such a shame

Sadly this will get about £450 for the forks, £30.00 for the rear light and £60.00 each for the mirrors and then spend the next few years being stripped for the odd bit here and there. UK eBay is full of overpriced Paso parts that have been sat there for over 3 years. One guy several years ago had a set of 907ie wheels that he refused to sell me for less than £200 a pot even though I suggested I could get bearings and axles made to fit SS and ST wheels off ebay for £150.00 less. They still pop up on ebay now and again but about £70.00 less each. There are some engine barrels, head and pistons also on there once and again from a 907ie I bid on that had stated in the description a seized engine????

Another ironic thing about my 907 is that a lot of the time when looking for cheap cosmetic parts I have purchased those duplicated on the 851 that are sometimes cheaper and by the look of it cleaner. For example

Easiest and cheapest way to keep your 906 running is just buy another bike, probably the most likely route I might go down in the future.

And from the same seller! He must have an inflated idea of what a 906 is worth.
