Well we have 11 thus far reasonably interested so I will expanding onto other sites and asking those listed to assist likewise with any Ducati related UK sites after 1st March don't worry. I will also post something on the Facebook site although this is actually mainly supported by overseas members. I may also try and see if I can get any add of some kind in a few monthly rags if I can do it as a freebie?

How wide do we want to cast the net? Do we want non-Paso bikes? I am on ST, Elefant, Bevelheads, Pantaheads, DOCGB, Superlight and Multistrada lists...

Its not a General Ducati meet up more of a site specific gathering of enthusiasts from the site. I do not really want to get involved organising a bike rally and all that entails with public liability insurance with bike rides etc. So we are looking to invite owners of the models stated and any one interested in them what ever bike they might ride. Hope that helps.
Also if they are interested can they direct that information to this thread on this site. Many thanks.

I agree with englishstiv - it would for this event be better to have 10 Paso's than 45 Ducatis of which 12 were Paso's - in my opinion. It would be great to see a gathering of just 750, 906 and 907's.....

Thanks

Have read message. Sorry for the delay, I visit the forum several times a week but often only log-in to post on a thread. As for the meet, nice idea and something like 100 miles for me but cant tell until closer to the date. Hope it goes well.

Just to confirm that the venue is smack bang in the midde of some of the best motorcycling roads in the UK. Abergavenny has a very busy bikers cafe which is always good to show off classic bikes like ours. The Police are vigilant but do not appear in great numbers. Brecon is a busy old market town and the countryside is excellent and the further east you go quieter and more beautiful.

Hope this proves it is an excellent choice of venue and that we can get this together for the late summer / early autumn.

Thanks to englishstiv for everything.
