It seems a good bike, but I would ever buy a 999 when I could buy a good 916-996-998!!!

As long as you can see the bke and pay for it in person I don't see how it could be a scam. it does seem inexpensive for a 999 but with the 1098 out they're getting harder to sell...

I don't know if it is still there or not, but there was a 2003 999 (not the S version) with something like 1800 miles on it that was traded at the Harley Davidson dealer in Maryville, TN. The Harley dealer was only asking $8995 for the bike when I heard about it.
