Alternatives to Stein-Dinse

Any alternatives to Stein-Dinse?
I don't want to give them anymore money.
They lost some of the items I ordered and still charged me.
Then it took over 1 month and a Paypal dispute to get the money back
and they thought it was my fault for having the audacity to ask for the money
for the parts they lost in their WHERE??? HAUS - Germany, simply superior.
Customer service went down the drain since they moved.
Besides a couple of sales reps, they're abysmal.
