Looks like this is going to be the year that was promised by Ducati's podium finish in their MotoGP comback race in Japan a couple of years ago.
In the season's first testing session at Sepang in Malaysia a couple of weeks ago Ducati was the fastest manufacturer, with Capirossi beating the circuit's lap record, and all other riders, by 1.3 sec!
