it is, apparently, a hand made set of cans and from careful examination it carries no manufacturer marks. Shame i dont have any more history i can share as they sound wonderful :-)

How do these differ - besides the finish?[/quote]

The limiteds have a larger bore visible at the exit end. I've sold my stock street cans so I am not sure if diameter of the inner core is smaller all the way though as well, but the ends are noticeably smaller on the street approved version. Finish was the same between the two sets.

Isn't there a shiny version and a matte version?
I've seen both.

Saw these today at the local Ducati dealer. Apparently someone had the Mistral's (2nd foto) custom fitted to a Paso.

Yep. The frame is all repaired, thanks for the frame sections higgy. :choo:
For those that are interested, I found part of my frame had started to rust out and though I searched world wide(thanks Gerhard & Lars), I couldn't find anyone that made the correct size CrMo steel tube. Higgy came to the rescue and cut some sections out of a parts bike that he has and sent them over to me for the cost of postage. If it wasn't for your generosity Steve I probably would've parted the bike out. Thanks again mate. Image

Are those Super Traps that wind inside the rear pegs on the 907? Those look really trick. I had a Super Trap on my 1984 GS 550 many years ago. I suspect they are no longer made though?
