My dear friend,
As you know, we live in the opposite half of the world, so we are forced to drive in the opposite side of the road, otherwise, we should drive backward!!! :truck:

Of course. Just like water running down a drain swirls in the opposite direction in the Norther Hemisphere. How silly of me.

Sorry, dont actually know what a "swirlie" is, but checked the water our of my wash basin this morning...definately runs counter clock wise. For you guys with digital watches, well, thats a little more difficult to explain.

Well there it is! Confirmation from a resident of the southern hemisphere. Toilets do flush backwards down under!
I wonder if its like looking back in time, watching the water drain counterclockwise? :dunno:
Oh my God be careful - that could trigger some kind of strange obsessive compulsive behavior compelling you to begin a Quest for A Clockwise Drain to right all the wrongs - er - ah - yeah

Ok, here she is. The poor old girl started with Metallic Brown paint, looked shocking.
Battery acid had also leaked onto the fram in a number of places, bit of rust here and there,
generally in poor/very average condition when I bought her.
Image

Front end view. Exhaust off. The centre headers were rusted through.
The local wrecker had a complete set of headers so replacing all four of those, original black chrome mufflers are intact.
Image

Fram and all panels the day I picked them up.
Image

The panels and frame in my garage waiting for the day.
Image
Image

Image

Bits and pieces painted and prepped by me.
Image

The rebuild.

A reasonable idea of what she will look like at the end of the day. Motor is off having the valves done, barrels to be honed and pistons will have new rings. That will do I think.
