will figure that out once I see how many go where

cost was 7.37usd each printed in full color on Premium Glossy Card Stock. The calender grid is grayscale
+ an average to cover postage,gonna have to the get weight to accurately calculate it...looks like 7.60 to everywhere
+ maybe 5usd to go to Jon to support the site as long as postage is reasonable

Not yet official but looks like 20USD should cover it including 5 to Jon to help support the site into the future
