Hey Antti,
I just went through all this on a set of 907 wheels.
The SKF # is 62203-2RS-C3 Notice that there are two 2's in that part number. Not a typo! Special bearing, but still in production. C3 is looser bearings, and helpful to take up some side loading, but not necessary.
17mm id x 40mm od x 16mm wide.
The dealer no longer stocks them, and will try to sell you a kit of parts to fit a more standard 6203 bearing, that is only 12mm wide. The kit of parts includes two 4mm spacers, and a new spacer tube. Total is about $200.

Instead, go to a good bearing supply house and get 16mm wide bearing. About $30 each.

Same wheels and bearing as 91-97 SS and Monster.

Do the front wheels use the same bearing? I see that it is a different Ducati number in the parts list.
