mistery box valve

Hi guys after getting rid of the airbox i cut thre tube from the oil boxes to the airbox and i put on the terminal part of the tube a filter like kn....
now when i start the bike she spit oil!!!! :rant: :rant: :rant:
as i reed in other post there can exist a valve in this mistery box....
how i can repair this....

Te lo dico in italiano così faccio prima:
Il piccolo box tra la bateria e l'ammortizzatore è una specie di polmone che serve a frenare la "nebbia" di olio che gli ingranaggi fanno e che il movimento dei pistoni "pompa" su per il tubo di sfiato.
Se hai dei problemi del genere prova a mettere un pezzo di spugna a pori aperti (non gommapiuma, quella si scioglie!) nella parte inferiore del tubo (quello tra il motore ed il box) ma se puoi fai controllare il rapporto di compressione al motore, non vorrei che si trattasse del sintomo di un problema meccanico più importante.

come si fa a controllare il rapporto di compressione??
in ogni caso farò come dici gai che mi trovo cambio pure i tubi che sono tutti crepati....

HI Nicola how i can test the motor compression??
howewer i will change all the tubes of the oil boxes theyn are so damaged!!!
very soon i post the photo of the my duke :thumbup: :thumbup:

To test the compression ratio, you need a special tool available in many good mechanichal works (you can't buy this only for once, as it's very VERY expensive!) People who own this is also able in using... By the way, any oil consumption or blue smoke from the exaust?
When you take your 2 in 2 away, have a look to the color of the dirth inside, a light gray is VERY good, a dark gray/black means too mutch fuel, a "greasy" black means oil from cylinders or heads.
