EBC front brake rotors

Post by redrubberhead »

I am a new member and would like to say hello to fellow 907IE and all other Ducati fans. I am the original owner of a '91 907IE and I still love it. The front grakes have had a pulsation and I hear a clicking from the front pads at low speeds. I am considering changing out the rotors and pads. Has anyone used the EBC Pro-Lite or the new design Contour rotors? I am considering the EBC kevlar pads as well. I use the bike for Sunday rides and sport touring. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance, Jon

At least cant find anymore those original 300mm rotors from Ducati dealer. Does 320mm rotors need adopters to fit 91 modell black coloured Brembos????

Pretty sure they will need adaptors.
Biscaya here in Sweden has 3 brand new M1R forks for 320 mm discs for sale!

I had the same issue, so I bought a couple of full floater Brembo rotors (€. 440).

Besides, a newer style Brembo 4 pistons calipers and a radial 999's master cylinder.
REALLY HAPPY :lick: :lick: :lick: .

Yes, I do :funny: :funny: :funny: . Or, perhaps, from some 851/888 .
But the rotors and the calipers have the same shape (even if I have the 300 mm. ones) and I was too much lazy to put the "real" photo on Internet :funny: :funny: :funny: :funny: .

Yes, it can be also 851/888. What is that nut system in fork? Is it oil change nut, or some adjusting knob? Cant remember such in those upside down forks...
