Hi,
I`m looking for the washers that are below the fork seal and below the dust seal (55mm od, 43mm id, 1,5mm thick). These are normally quite rusted.
I already contacted Marzocchi, but I`m wondering if there`re other shops selling parts or equivalent washers in alum. alloy or stainless steel. I could find washers with matching id but not with matching od. Matching od is more important (id could be a little bigger also).
Apperently they cannot be ordered via Ducati anymore.

Re: where to find M1R parts ?
I believe there is only one per fork leg, and it is under the dust seal and above the oil seal....which would explain why they are usually rusty......I want to say the order is oil seal, washer, retaining ring, and then the dust seal. I'm not positive, though, as it's been about a year since I messed with mine.paso750 wrote:I`m looking for the washers that are below the fork seal and below the dust seal (55mm od, 42,5mm id, 1,5mm thick).

no, there are 2 per leg. You also had 2, it`s just that the one positioned under the seal is in the oil and therefore usually ok, while the one under the dust cap gets rusty.

I asked a friend now if he can have the washers lasercut in his company. I hope he can ...

Ok...I understand now. I thought you were saying that both of them get rusty and thought you were confused by this picture that I have on my website....paso750 wrote:no, there are 2 per leg. <This is actually the rusty washer and retaining ring from one fork and a rusty washer from the other>
