Belts are easy to get from many sources. What do you mean by valve kit?

valve kit...hahahaha.... I QUESS, he means valve clearance adjusting pieces (like Tamburinfan wrote: "shims") for closer and opening.... Btw, valve clearance adjustments needs also TOOLS to make it... and "knowing how to do it"...
