750 Paso Tricolore for sale in CycleTrader....

Hi....

Just noticed an add for a clean appearing and recently serviced 1988 Tricolore 750 Paso for sale in NY...

Please confirm that the factory NEVER produced any in that color combo...

Price is pretty steep at $4800.00 USD and notes this as collectible...

Looks well executed in that colour scheme but not for that price, of course...

It has been produced as special edition in 89 in Europe....

So indeed, it could be an original. We have one on sale in Holland at a bikeshop, for 1950 Euro (currently some 2300 USD, so if you really want one, it's better to ship from here...

I never head of any special edition from the factory. Some importers may have created their own.

No mention of it in any book I've come across in my travels, either. Falloon's or any of the other lists I've seen ...

Never done from the factory. As has been mentioned, probably a local dealer job and sold as original to the first owner.
