Hello DucatiPaso.org

Post by RAREDUC »

I think I'm a returning member from 5 or 6 years ago, but not sure. I am located in Northern California, in the Sierra foothills. I am twice retired and
a former Ducati, KTM and Yamaha Dealer (2nd retirement). I currently own a
1985 BMW R1200RT and my prized possession, my very first Ducati, a 1988
750 Paso Ltd., with only 9500 miles on it. It is completely original, except for
Ducati Red underbelly and wheels. It has both sets of exausts, with only the
European set ever installed, European rear light and turn signal assembly and
a red and black leather Corbin seat. It is stored (garaged) 99% of the time,
but is started occasionally (kept on Battery Tender) and once or twice a year
it is ridden up and down our private street (not currently registered) just to
keep the cobwebs at bay and to hear that beautiful music.
I would post a picture as my avatar, but I'm having problems uploading it. I'm
not a computer whiz by any means.
Thank you for allowing me into your group.

Rare, welcome to the forum!!!

I moved your post to the 750 forum so it will get more views. I don't think many check the announcement area...

To put up an avatar the picture you use must be quite small. Here is the info needed:

Maximum dimensions; width: 150 pixels, height: 150 pixels, file size: 19.53K.

If you are just pointing to a standard sized picture on your computer, it won't load.

If you want to send your pic to me I can resize it for you and send it back. slocumjonATgmail.com remove th AT and put in the @ symbole to make the email work.
