My 907ie

Post by Bock900r »

I was not home for the last 3 month.
Now a short story about my Paso. I bought my 907 3 month ago on my short 4 day trip home frome the US. I left the bike at a friends Yamaha shop. I the last month I bought some parts as US Tail light, FZ750 Headlight, NOS exhaust pipes, NCR Screws for the fairing (the bike has stainless screws), Red pressure plate and an open MPL Clutch cover.
I remove the installed exhaust pipes (A11/B11), I don't like the look

The bike got new timing belts, Valve adjustments, Spark plugs and new Oil - just a main service.

I have now some days off and spend some time with the bike. The paint need some polishing work.

No, the black 907s have been produced only on 1992. Only 221 factory built.
That's a MY 1991.
However, she's a nice bike.

I use my vacation to continue the work on the 907.
Polish all plastic parts, the wheels.
I install the FZ750 Headlight with 2 35W/35W Scooter H4 lamps. The light is real good and I don't need the extra wireing with the relais as for the normal 55W/60W lamps.
I replace all the aftermarket stainless screws with nice black NCR screws.
The former installed modified A11/B11 Exchaust got replaced by NOS Exhausts from the 92 907

It is a real nice bike and I ca't wait to get it on the road again

Looks really nice. Similar to mine...
But who put the decals on it?
This is not the correct pattern, is it?

Where in Hamburg are you located?

But I use only the red part of the US taillight. Not the extra orange indicators.
Just red. Illigal but I don't care
