Hi
Can I hone the cylinder on my 907? Nicasil coated?
Are the pistonrings any subjects after 68000 km?
Thanks

Re: Cylinder honing
Nicasil(Galnikal) can be deglazed if done properly, honing would be inappropriate and ruin the cylinder if not done accurately and very carefully, not many can do it successfully
You can learn the proper way to deglaze it here

If the cylinders are OK, new rings can't hurt
Depends on the ring end gap assuming all else is OK
