digiplex /kyosan wireing

Post by bobst2 »

for you out there with the digiplex igntion in you 750paso,s best i can tell :banghead: :banghead:
you pretty much have to throw away the 750 manual including the wireing diagran & use the 906 versions of both i just went through my 750 with a 30 year licenced mechanic and he concluded the 750 stuff would get me in a lot of trouble. & the 906 wireing diagram is not 100% the same but is the one i should use in the future

just thought i would mention it

That is true also for the Sport. In a twist of fate, I have three manuals, and only one has a few loose pages added that show the Digiplex ignition, a supplement to the manual. The charging diagram was also wrong.

Lots of changes at Ducati at the time, not all of them documented.
