Do you guys use thread locker on the tensioner bolts?

Cambelt tensioner? No. In fact I usually have trouble getting them loose, although I have heard of at least one instance where one came loose and the belt jumped teeth.
Although no torque figure is given for the Paso models, for the later 750/900SS and Monsters it is quoted as 23Nm with no Loctite mentioned.

Torque value in the Paso manual - 20-24Nm.
