Suspension setting

Can anyone enlighten me on how to adjust front and rear suspension settings and whats best for me.
My manual is very basic and half in Italian !!!I dont know the correct way to go about setting it up right. :confused:

I'd like to hear from an expert, too. Does your front suspension dial on the right fork have a mark below it somewhere? Mine doesn't so I can't tell what setting I have it on. I'm assuming it's either directly in front or at 90° ...

I think you will find it most helpfull. It give a point at which to start and gose on through the proses from there.

Thanks for links to web sites last one really helpful.Have adjusted suspension and bike feels smoother I guess it would help if I lost some beef but its cold in UK at this time of year..
