907ie chain slider

Post by machampshire »

I am in need of the swing arm chain slider (44710081A) for my recently acqiured 907ie. I realize they are NLA but I'm hoping someone might have one they are willing to part with. For that matter if someone would loan me one or have a blueprint of one I will have my machinest make one from delrin. Until I have something in place the bike is idle. :(
Thank You,
Mark

I think ST4S and monsters with alloy s.arms use same adjusters.

When I had an ST4s I replaced the chain sliders. They are definitely different with 2 pieces, one on top and the other under the swinging arm.

G,
Thank you for replying but sadly I do not know of anyone who can create drawing files from dimensions. :-(

I'll take it off your hands if you like, I should be able to get it 3d scanned and create a file for a 3d printer from it

Not I Hamish, think it may have been a Victorian based member? but do remember there being a whole thread on the 3D printing of chain sliders, but can't seem to find it doing a search for chain slider on this site.

Maybe it was on a different site.

Cheers

Thanks Higgy, obviously didn't try hard enough.

Not a problem Hamish, nice to be remembered, and am still on the hunt for a 907 at the right money and mileage.

Cheers
