Yeah that's cool .
Those aux venturies are going to be interesting
. I have previously thought that lengthening them to 45mm was a suitable mod and the fact that they are almost unavailable wasn't that big a deal coz we can lengthen them aye
, but sticking a trumpet on the end........Mmm , I thought that the whole idea of that aux vent was that the pressure difference between each end was what induced fuel to flow , the pressure difference being governed buy the length , hence the 45 aux mod .....a trumpet /belmouth is designed to straighten/ smoothen air flow as its drawn into the carb ,......... cant see it working
, but it looks cool
. Its one of them things where you design it , construct it, polish it , love it ( if your workshop door locks from the inside
) and then stick it on the item of your adoration where no one can see it ( why did I just think of body piercing ?
)
No.

I wish I was young again............Id be heaps smarter than last time

from what I've found taller aux venturis are only effective at lower rpms jm2c

I must admit that I didnt took the scientific approach. I've read allot of good feedback on the 4.5 vents, so it seems logical to slam a trumpet on the end.. Will see if it runs crap or not.. (again)
