Hi,
Does anyone know what these 2 small eyelets are for?
As far as I can see there is no use for them, or do I forget something?
I want to use one of them for mounting my shock's piggy back reservoir and I need to be sure that they are not used (on the pics I took during dismantling there was nothing attached, but just curious why there are 2 eyelets on the frame).

Re: 2 eyelets on left side of the frame ...
it`s the mounting place of this canister. Some bikes had this emission system which (to my understanding) redirected gas fumes to the engine instead of just letting them out to the environment.

Ok Gerhard,
Thanks, that means I can use the 2 eyelets for the bracket for the shock piggy back!
The container has similar dimensions as the shown canister, so that is ideal.
Still have to make a bracket though......
Ciao, weather today was super, made a daytrip in the eifel (crowded with motorcycles).
