Say hi to Monica :)

Post by titu »

Hi All,

A new 907 I.E. owner - bought this beauty last Wednesday from Germany.
Since she is a beautiful Italian MILF I christened her Monica (Bellucci)
Been lurking for a while now - thank you all for letting me use your collective knowledge.
The bike has 40k kms, all stock, pretty good shape.
The weird thing is that she's a '91, yet she has 320mm discs, gold calipers and aluminium silencers.
Ferracci Stage 2 chip, K&N and silencers are on the way.
This is my first non-Japanese bike. (the others: CBR1000F, CBR1100XX, VFR750F, GTS1000A, DR800S, XTZ750/850, GSX600F, ST1300A)
BR,

Tibor

Hi, Monica, looking good!

What did you think of the GTS 1000?

Hi Gert,

Heavy, unique, comfortable, beautifully engineered.
Slow speed steering is quite heavy, otherwise great handling.
Most of its quirks (range, wind protection) are easily rectified, others (oil consumption) are a pain in the butt.
All-in-all: A lovely bike and a true youngtimer that you can still grab without robbing the bank.
BR,

t.
