clutch rebuild info

Post by pikey »

rebuilding my clutch pack, and i think everything is not lined up properly.
pressure plate has 2 marks on it (1 and 2) - what does this line up with?
clutch hub has a dot on one spline, what does this line up with?

also, my clutch piston bearing seems to be worn, any idea on replacement parts info?

thanks!

all help is appreciated..

i mispoke - pressure release plate (what the piston pushes on) has the numbers 1 and 2 next to the spring holes. is there some kind of alignment that must happen here (i know on other duc clutches, there is a line that lines up with one of the screw bosses..)
