Worn suspension

My rear suspension bearings have worn. To be correct its the bearing on the rocker arm at the connection to the frame.
Any body know if the bearings are the same for the drop link? Bearing numbers for the drop links :HK 2020 INA W.
If it is then should be able to match it at a bearing supplier and not have to pay Ducati prices.
Also are the mounting bolts for the front mounting and schock mount common with other Ducati bikes?
