The bike is a strange build. Bevel engine with a Paso or Sport frontend, PVM rims and I`d guess the frame could be from Spondon.

no, I can`t. While pics like from that fairing make me sad those others are just funny. My hope is that people looking at these stop doing anything like this and appreciate what they have in their garage even more.

You must admit that some like the red one on page 7 are hillarious. The weirdest part is that the worst bike pictures are actually taken from selling ads (many from Italy). That fairing is currently for sale for €350 btw.
