look at the thread in the 750 forum where you had posted first.
Some small modifications are required unless you want the chain to touch the wheel constantly.
Not sure if there`s any TÜV or MOT in Finland. Here in Germany TÜV generally requires min 4-5mm clearance between tire and swingarm as well as tire and chain (which I think is reasonable)

LUCKILY I live in Finland (country of Santa Claus, who maybe brings to me again one Ducati next christmastime..

), where is not so much such "rules"/"year checks" for bikes, etc such ugly things.... We can also use very open pipes here, as polices have much more important thing to do, than stop our Ducatis for "too loudly sounds"...

Everybody with open pipes are WELCOME to Finland with Ducatis....

Ok, it CAN BE, that aftrer some years we also have such tight rules, but LUCKILY not yet..
