I don't see the Yammie connection other than the yellow. I may be blind tho from looking at the pictures;-)

She arrives today from Colorado. I will post more pics whne it's unloaded.

Overall, the bike looks like its in really good condition, besides the tragic paint work. I like the crazing of the paint on the tank. You can shave 5 lbs. off that thing by just sanding off the multiple layers of paint. Love the detail around the headlamp and the front fender. That's what happens when you let kids play with masking tape.

Fortunately, he held is artistic expression to only paint. Everything else looks great.

You can get a tank and seat section on E-bay right now. Your colors.

thanks,yes it is john's old bike so he would know the paint code better than i would.it sat for a few years before i came across it, so it needed a few things but i have it running pretty good now.of all my bikes it draws the most attention. Image

That's a good looking bike!!! I'm really glad to see it back on the road and getting used.

The yellow is the same code as the Superlight Yellow. I'll ask the painter or it might be on the receipt if you still have all of the paperwork.

Are the stripes on the tank painted?
They don't seem to me stickers. Besides, they don't go on the fairing.
Have I seen right?

the stripes are painted on but if you want to be technical the bike should be redImage
