Well, if Juan comes back maybe he will tell us what he bought to fix his problem. I'm fairly sure that no matter what we call it, it's the thing that turns the bike on and off.

Whatever he needs or wants to call it I have the whole assembly for a 906 without a key,at least I don't think I have the key.

the ignition key switch of the P750 and the 907ie is different. The height is different as are the mounting holes and I guess the 906 key switch is the same as the one of the P750

The number of the 750's key switch is 067038690.
The number of the 907's is: 65240031A.
Gerhard has plenty of experience in such things and he knows very well those switches.

As you can see, the kind of the numbers of 750 and 906 is different.
So, I would not be amazed if the 750's and 906's switches were identical

Here is what I have for now, will send more after i deal with the breakaway bolts

I think what is important here is the mounting and the electrical connector maybe the lock for steering. My guess is since the number are so similar the difference is something outside of the way it mounts...justa guess tho

Gerhard: I have totally another looking (spare) key lock from wrecked 907, than in Your foto(that "907 key lock")!!! my looks quite similar, as Your "750 key lock"....
I can take foto from that and send it to You, so You can add it to this topic?
I am little ashamed, cause i cant send fotos to these sites, cause i have huge amount of good pictures from my Pasos and spare parts, mods, etc... but one reason is, that i dont have enough time to do all, what i want...

the 907ie lock on my picture is the same as the one from the lock set on ebay
That 906 lock looks as high as the P750 lock.
Antti, you can mail me your pics.

My 907s have different key switches.
The "newer" one has the same switch as in the Gerhard's pics.
The "older" one has the edge smooth and not furrowed.
Besides, the keys are different, so that the key of the newer doesn't fit into the older and viceversa.
