The late paso's have an improved engine, for example gearbox. Dunno exactly from which enginenumber, but it should be from approx number 4000 and up. Also these types were fitted with black passengerhandle, black yokes and gold valvecaps. If you're bike is one of this type it's surely worth its money.

Re: Potential PASO purchase
It appears the center stand is missing, or am I seeing things, or not seeing them for that matter?
We too, have a black cat. I also had a black one as a child. Sometimes I feel the first came back for another life and found me, as they both have/had a few white hairs on the chest.
I really like the color of the blue Paso's. Had I not bought the LTD, it would have been the Blue.
Best wishes in your dealing on this bike.

Also some mods to camshaft system, as later have that easily removable clip to move rocker sideways, when need to adjust valve clearances...Brutus wrote:The late paso's have an improved engine, for example gearbox. Re: Potential PASO purchase
That's right..! Have had a paso with the number around 0250 or so, while my current paso has a enginenumber somewhere in the 4000 numbers. Adjusting the valves was indeed a bit more work then the one I have now..Finnpaso wrote:Also some mods to camshaft system, as later have that easily removable clip to move rocker sideways, when need to adjust valve clearances...Brutus wrote:The late paso's have an improved engine, for example gearbox.
