Mah, I usually say: "il mio 907".
In English, it seems to me they use the feminine gender.
Perhaps, it's better to think SHE's a female :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: .

In America, we most definitely refer to Ducatis as "shes". Anything as beautiful and high-maintenance as these machines has to be female, and did I mention moody? What I love about my machine is that I never know if she's going to start, but when she does, she takes all my stress away.

my 91 has grey fork legs, do later models have black fork legs?

I also have the grey forks that came from an early 907 as the brake mounts fit a 300 mm rotor.
The top 40mm of the stanchion tubes have cross hatching on them.

Hi all
A fine looking 907 there and some very good comments re should the bike being called a she or an “it”. Like the others I think she fits the bike better, as stated she can be very hard to get going but once moving who wants to get off her !

By the way the sticker on the tank (world champ) was it only on the 92 model ?
