higgy, if the tires sat in a sun flooded heated living room for years, which are optimal storage condition for a tire, not mentioning the nice fumes of evaporating rubber softener, the buyer actually has an advantage he isn`t aware off. The rubber may be so hard that the milage he`ll get from this set will be very high as they won`t wear. Now that`s a real bonus.
If I didn`t have a conscience I`d sell my old set, too. The are like new.

I got an email from the seller saying they would never sell an unsafe tire, and this is from one of the best known Ducati dealers in the UK
Reminds me there is an ass for every seat

I can only hope the buyer also has one sitting in their living room and needed the nubs on the tires to lend authenticity, But then I have always been an optimist, in the face of the cold hard reality of the world
