I have delayed posting the result of my steering lock problem because i feel such a pratt, i mixed up the keys to my sport and was trying to unlock the Paso with the Sport key

thing is the sport key would activate the Paso's parking light mode but not unlock so i thought the lock had seized!!! please go ahead and verbally abuse me, i deserve it

anyway turned the CORRECT key and she fired straight up. Cheers for now

that`s why someone invented key rings
Some time ago in town I returned to the full parking, I used the remote to open my silver Audi and was about to get in when a woman sitting in the car told me I was probably wrong. For a split second I didn`t get what was going on and what she was doing in my car until I noticed that my Audi was actually parked 2 cars away from this identical one
You`re not alone

Hey Higgy, I think in the circumstaces you were very gentle with me!! i can't believe i just coughed to the world that i had done such a stupid thing.
G, i did a similar thing at an airport, i saw what i thought was a people carrier taxi parked there and it wasn't until i had thrown my 4 kids in the back and sat in the front seat with my wife behind me that he announced rather indignantly that he was waiting for his son and girlfriend to arrive and perhaps we should try the taxi rank!!!
Any more 'Frank Spencer' moments out there?? do you know who Frank Spencer was??
Cheers

John

I actually made a date with a very attractive woman once a long time ago from a similar situation, ended up married to her for going on 20+ years now. Even in our most feeble minded moments good things can come of it

Ahem , I eventually colour coded my 2 duc keys to match the bike , I got so sick of climbing onto a bike with the wrong key

( dont like key rings )
