I'm sorry to say chasaduck...but the guy that previously had your bike should be locked up for a serious case of aggravated paso abuse...she needs a lot of TLC...in the right hands it can look good again

I agree with G.
The last tri-colour is ok, even if I would prefer a lighter green.
Ciao

Maybe I should ask this too. Is this really the proper set up for the after market? The fuel pump that was not working on the bike was a Mr. Gasket #12S Micro Electric Fuel Pump

http://www.amazon.com/Mr-Gasket-12S-Mic ... 817&sr=8-1

There is also a fuel pressure regulator on the bike that looks like this

http://www.amazon.com/Spectre-2517-Chro ... sim_auto_1
The reviews on the fuel pump and pressure regulator on Amazon are terrible.
The fuel pump was incorrect anyway - way to strong. According to their webpage it`s the smallest electric fuel pump from Mr.Gasket but it`s for 4-8 cylinder engines and puts out 35GPH and 4-7PSI.
If I remember well, the correct fuel pressure for the Weber would be around 3psi. A pump with 7-8GPH should be sufficient. (Higgy ?)

G.

I see creativity and at the same time like you said it's just bad. Using the wrong colors is not good. I do like the checkered flag idea but the rest was kinda bad. That idea of the white exploding into the red was probably a lot of work. Too bad The green and the red are wrong. I also saw the same bike on e-bay. I like that design the best. Maybe less white though. Did you notice how much detail is in that seat? I want that seat!

Well the guy I got it from is not the one that did the damage. The guy he got it from did the damage and couldnt afford to pay someone to repair and sold the bike. But with all that damage on the plastic it amazes me that nothing else was hurt. except the chipped paint in the fuel tank. Luckily I have the skills to fix it and make it beautiful again.

I always keep my bikes inside a covered garage and under the blankets. I'm not joking

Ciao
I have it in the garage. Also I know better than to pur tarps or even nylon covers on it. Why do they make car covers out of plastic? It hurts the car/bike not helps protect them!

This is the photo set of the before. includes everything that is wrong with the body. There is also the video of it running after I replaced the fuel pump.
