By the way, I'm talking about paying for the production, not finding a manufacturer that wants to take on the project.
Which companies do this ?

Good question. I`d say each model needs homologation, but I`m guessing. It`s technical documentation should list all available sizes.
Reducing homologation costs is usually done by a declaration of similarity. DoSs are possible for variants of a product. This can`t be done with every kind of product though. Don´t know how this works in the tire industry.

Ok, maybe we could piggy back a current model or do a variation.
I think the production should be technically and financially feasible.
Not so sure about the legal and liability aspects though.
