Looks like a softer material. Mine is now rubbery.

I had bought 3 NOS ones and then the company (Stein-Dinse) that had them lost them - last order from them.
With the exception of one person, the customer service is subpar.

I made the slider that fits on the frame under the swingarm out of a bit of nylon . If your sliders are to worn for a pattern cant you just build em up with a bit of plastercene or blu tac or something and then scan them ?

Yeah I bet they do but on the scale of things its a pretty insignificant part and I can just see someone biffing them out coz they didn't know what it was. Making one is a bit of pissing about but then you only need one ..... I have just finished custom making a clutch lever for a gearbox install that neither belongs to the engine or the car its going into , was hydraulic ...now cable , and its has taken me pretty much 3 days , but that's cool as it will outlast me

This is one I made when I had to move the sprockets to fit the 180 rear tyre but it would be nice, if we're going to go to all this trouble, to get an original part and model off that.

The only difference to mine is colour , my bike never had the center stand when I got it so I dunno what that slider looks like

With the help of G this time I've drawn up a model of the frame & center stand chain slider. I would suggest that it would be easy to machine these out of a block of material so if anyone would like a 2D copy with measurements I would be happy to draw it up.

They could make the swingarm chain slider for the Paso. (not the small one for the center stand though)
Like usual minimum order quantity would be 100 pieces (or more). No info about costs until they get a new original chain slider for evaluation and as sample.
I`ll not be following up on this at current time but I wouldn`t want this info to get lost.

With the help of Mctool I've mapped out the swingarm chain slider, I can send the file to you or Jon if you want. I am going to hopfully get a 3D print made soon so that I can take it to one of the local plastics companies and see what they can do.

I was busy all weeks with our Metal machines and looked on Friday to the file - It was so small. I scale the part by factor 10 and a kolleg build me one in Black PA11



I am not shure that the Dimention is right

looking good. If the width is 28mm and the total length ca.22,7cm it should be right.
