Yeah, well, sexy is in the eye of the beholder. Now if you are making something that looks like this, you are starting with the right bike.

Go steam punk all the way. Totally deconstructed. Everything exposed. Something that scares little children, and old gear heads. For good measure, hang a few cut wires and loose hoses off the thing that go nowhere. Then ride it like a bat out of hell and scare the rest of the countryside.

Hey look...a Paso frame...
...no...wait...it's a coffee table
I'm just jokin Birdman, I actually think a Paso frame would have been a better choice for that last custom. If it's gonna be sharp edged and chiseled like that a square frame would be apt.

I had an idea of locating the fuel cell in the rear section under the seat, moving the cluster to the front of the frame before the forks, not quite as extreme as that steam punk bike..
none of these will be permanently attached, but just stuff to fab and play with.. maybe give it some stealth figheter styling?

I like it. cut some aluminum panels to inset into the frame, let that rear head stand proud, and a simple board seat.
I think you have something there.

New Paso owner as well. Recently did all the maintenance, including tires (regrettably not Michelin though have a dry rotted set in the garage)
Rode to Mt. Mitchell and back from Upstate SC.
