Does anyone have any recommendations for a new exhaust system, preferably available in the UK?

Thanks

Roderick,
I was doing some research into this myself. I sent an e-mail to Italy a few days ago but have not recieved a reply yet on this set:

Possibly the fact that you are a little closer to Italy and Termignoni they may give you an answer sooner? I am thinking that these will work if you make your own mount brackets (items 3 and 4 in the picture).

It is listed for a 750SS from 1989. These bikes both used the same motor (Pantah 750) what I was trying to determine is the exhaust size in mm. This should be a 36mm correct for Paso 750. If it is available and it will work please let me know. The next possibility is a Conti system

Again you will need to order from Australia.

These are the only ones I've found so far unless you are lucky enough to have the 40mm exhaust (rare on the 750) then you can use the 907ie exhaust system from Two Brothers #005-160406D.

All are expensive!

I hope this helped some and if you get any information please pass it to me.

cans from a SS will definetely NOT fit unless you modify the front end of the tube.
The header of the Paso runs parallel to the lower frame rails while on Supersport, Monster the 2 header ends show outwards.

Thanks for all the replies. The DOCGB magazine issue 122 mentioned a guy in Staffordshire who did a system for Paso's. A quick buzz up the M5 concluded with the parting of £300+ for a shiny SS system which is reminiscent of cut down Conti's. It looks great and sounds really good.

Check it out.

They come along around €150 but sometimes taxes are added.
I bought Leannart und Wagner pipes for €90 in Germany.
They fit perfectly and sound great (very loud though).
Bauke had them on his Paso. Somewhere on this site.
Bauke 1
or
Bauke 2

Roderick. Sorry for late reply. I have used the pipes made in Staffordshire for 6yrs and 40,000mls.They still look new work well and sound great. Cost £250. The company is OS Stainless. Tel/Fax 01889 271713.Plus they are guaranteed for 10yrs. :funny:
