Sprockets

Post by The_Duke »

Hi there

Have just come back from Silverstone UK and had a great time...then when I got home, found that I had rounded my rear sprocket.

The fact that I was doing 130-40mph....doesn't bear thinking about if the chain had come off...

Anyway,I need to buy some more...anyone know where I can buy some in UK. Do you have to replace both too?

Cheers

If you've done the rear sprocket the fron will definitely be toast
I would also change the chain at the same time
The convention is to do the three together as a worn chain can skip and jump on new sprockets and make the wear faster
