auxillary connector

What if anything is this mainly used for? any body got theirs connected to any thing alarms extra lights?

is that the one somewhere in front ?
Could it be for a turn signal beeper ? Did you try to measure those lines ?

I saw a turn signal beeper in the wiring diagram, but had none on the bike

I looked for and found the unused connector on the bike, fitted a turn signal beeper, and I find it extremely valuable - ensuring I never send out dangerous false turn signals

Its beeper connector, not for any lights !!!
