This is an easy one for somebody!
Down near the wheel, does the speedometer cable get routed inside or outside of the brake cable?

I think outside, but the rubber grommet holding it to the fender doesn't seem to be strong enough to hold it there. (Maybe just need a new grommet?).

outside. The rubber grommet will bend a bit but hold.
If not you should change it.
