two stupid questions
So all you science majors out there...why is it a battery powered clock can live on your wall for months and this little guy will suck the life out of your bike's unsuspecting battery
I'm thinking that when I get bored enough I'm gonna put a meter on just to see what the current draw is. I disconnect the battery on my 5.0 when not in use as the 'puter draws juice

Obviously your clock is broken: the mine works well and keeps the time.qldman36 wrote:Keep in mind, my clock was NOT keeping time and made strange noises. Draw would not be the same as good unit.
I agree with you that this isn't the most important issue and, no matter, the clock drain very much the battery.
But, I think that the clock is a characteristic of the dashboard and of the whole bike.
So, I would fix it, even if someone can think different.
