Cost me less a few months ago, March 06
Front was $294 And Rear was $399, (total $693)

just ordered some more to keep in stock and its gone up,

Front now $329, Rear $459 (Total $788),

that an increase of $95 over 8 months, crazy!!!!!.........

I have seen, Michelin make those tires every 2. year, when "enough many" ask them. That have been happen about last 6 years now.... I dont belive rumours, before i cant get anymore those 16" Michelins...

I check just, that i bought last set of those 16" Michelins 22.05.06 and prices were: 116€ front and 117€ rear. I dont know, what is Your currency campared to Euros(€), but those are prices here. Can You compare to Euros???

So, someone is making very big moneys with rumours, that Michelin stop make 16" tires! They make them every 2. year (i have noticed that from dates in those tires), when "enough pressure" from owners to make them and all old tires are sold out... Btw, i have read that one UK. article about Michelinman (UK Michelin importer) to stop make those tires, but i dont belive, before i cant get them anymore....

I use as long as possible those Michelins, but surely i have already hole rear end with all needeed stuff from wrecked 907IE waiting that 17" conversion... and surely also 17" front wheel. I updated already to 4 piston brake systems to my 750Paso with bigger main brake sylinder and steel braided brake lines....

Think "look of bike"!!! As i told earlier, Tamburini is one of best mc designers in hole world, so he planned Paso WITH 16" LOW PROFILE tires, nothing else!!! Its only big pitty, that Michelin only make those tires still..... Btw, I use soooo long time those 16" Michelins, as possible in my 750 Paso, when they are still available!

What is required to put those tyres on the standard rim ( Clearences, and how do they handle?

Others that have done the 907 conversion, i also enquired the price of parts here and everyone wants $8000-$10000 ( swingarm, rims, brakes), and in that case it easier just to buy a complete 907 as it would be cheeper than the conversion.............Huge Ripoffs in this country!!!!

And I think that when Mic ends that marginal byers tyre size manufacturing I'll change for example Pir 150/80 or Mez 180/60 and that's it... Period.
