Fresh new owner of a 907 IE

Hi.. I just bought a Ducati 907 IE.
This bike is 12 years old and looks brand new.
With Carbon mufflers and only 8300 miles!
This is website is great, just downloaded allready the manuals and stuff.

You are been very lucky.
Don't is easy to find a like new old bike, above all with the fairing.

I'am from the Netherlands - I actually did find the Ducati in Amsterdam.
It's been a while I have driven a bike but I have had many bikes in the past - mostly japanse.
The Ducati Paso model is one of my favorites and Ducati bikes in particular - I have been looking for about 3 years untill now.

The other bike is a Suzuki DR500, I'am rebuilding the wiring.
Original it has 6V wiring, we have changed it to 12V - new altenator and regulator (3 fase).

From Netherlands? Hollanti, as we say in Finland, but have You tried cocane, or other drugs? Or, have You visited "streets of red lights" in Amsterdam??? As You see, some things are very well known about Netherlands... :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: Francesco, "darkside" of the world was this! He said he had many bikes in the past mostly Japanese....you gotta admit riding a Duc makes you feel just a little bad, and that would be a good thing, though I must say the drug and red light district stuff gave me a laugh big time :funny: and yeah I saw Floyd a couple of times but the darkside reference was more a Starwars thing

... just thats why i write so... Living with Ducatis can be sometimes quite hard, so its good to mix some funny things to disscussions here, I hope, that everybody understand that way...

Exactly, even if I known them only when I was grown up and I found this old vinyl disc in the bookshelf of my father.
When they made this masterpiece I was only 5 year old....

I think, more important is to have "little younger partner" for long living time... :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: Ok, that can be also very bad to old man(like me), if young girl put too much pressure in bed to old man... there can be heart attack in just "that moment", but it can be also very good way to leave this life.... :funny: :funny: :funny: Should i start to make testament to my 2 sons(about all my Ducatis)???
