cold weather problem?

Last night I came home from a wet trip. My paso begun to stotter en stall everytime I had to stop at a trafficlight. I figured the sparkplugs got wet becaude of the rain. Today I checked the bike, and all things worked well. Conclusion: I have to get myself some silicone sparkplug-plugs(?). Tonight I came home from work, in Holland it's a cold 5 degrees, the same things appeared. So I guess it wasn't the rain at all.
Only when she's warmed up in the cold these things appear.
Could anybody suggest me anything? Is it the weber?
