I've just seen a sale ad about a 907 IE final edition.
It has red fairing and black decals. The rims are black too.
The rest of the bike seemed to me like a "normal" 907.
The seller told it was a limited edition produced in the '93.
Has someone heard something about it?

Seller is joking with U, cause never heard about "final edition 907", anyway If You have any more details, send PM to me, Francesco, cause IF that is truth, I WANT TO KNOW, what is going on... I am looking very clean 907IE to my wife. I think, those paintings, like black wheels are made later..... Send PM to me!

It's here....
It seems to me nice, but I also doubt because I also never heard about a final edition.

I think, that bike has been repainted and put new decails... Seems to be normal 92 bike. Want to know, are those decails in tank inside, or outside clearcoat? Seems, that outside from fotos... If so, then SURELY repainted bike... and if "such guys" have done that, it can be also changed Kms to odometer... Smells little "burned"... But for me very intresting....

Anyway, for that price i can find very good ST from EU markets...

The price is very expensive.
But, I have to tell this bike likes to me though, watching well, I can see the front "Ducati" decal is on the left side and the "desmo" decals in the side fairings seem a little bit higher than the original ones.
Next week I'll have another 907 (for spare parts). I'm already thinking to paint black a pair of rims :lick: :lick: :lick: :lick: :lick: :lick:

U are right Francesco, decails are NOT in right places!!! So, seems, that again someone is trying to make big moneys to sell that bike to someone, who dont know, what is real and what is fake/repainted, etc...
About black wheels: I have seen very many 3 spoke Brembos painted to black, but to my eyes, that dont fit well to red.... some gray fits better....

I painted mine(907IE) to metal gray(like 2002 ST4S frame is) & it fits very well to red and also that shit from chain cant be seen easily in that colour!

If You Francesco want to see my wheels, You have to send to me Your emeil address, cause i have fotos in my CD about my bikes. They are not in gallery... YET! maybe one day....

I sent a mail to the seller about the bike.
He has answered to me that the bike was so how he bought it....
This is not a good reply
