Too lazy and hurry to "kuukkeloida(Google)" things :neener: :neener: :neener: :neener: But this time i did that, BUT, can someone "monsiour" from France translate this: "235 kilos sur la balance et des gommards de 120/70r16 devant et 160/60r15 ", what read there??? I understand, that 15 is something, what i cant get to my small (S size) head (i know what means 16" and 17" wheels, but...)...... same with that 70, what is not anyking low profile tire... Sorry guys, that i dont know anything about france language, but correct me, if i missed something with Paso motorbike (sorry,"difficult bicycle", like Taglioni sayed...)/Gilera moped tire sizes... I am worried, that this topic cant give anything to Paso owners...

I make that my previous mail with "copy and paste" method FROM INTERNET site, by "google". I dont know anything about "french magazines".... still thinking, that "nothing to Paso owners" from Gilera. If someone can prove more, i accept all that, but need evidences now!

Btw, seems to me, that this 16" tire have been most used topic here with "Weber", since this site was build up(same time, when i send first mails to here....)

Antti is right,
the French text says: "automatic speed gear, weight of 235 kg ( it's lighter the Paso), front tire 120/70 r16 and rear tire 160/60 r15...."

Gwenadu,
unfortunately, this tires will not help us.

   ok,

sorry to say this but this won't work.

fronttyre is 120 70 16

rear is 160 60 15

so the reartyre won't do because it's a 15 " rim and the fronttyre will not also, because the frontrim is too wide for the tyre.
it still isn't the original paso size.

but!!! :D :D :D

look at this

http://cgi.ebay.nl/MICHELIN-A59X-130-60 ... dZViewItem

or this one

http://cgi.ebay.nl/Unbenutzter-Front-Re ... dZViewItem

you can also buy a 130 70 16" tyre (sold from 90 euro ex. shipping! (different brands)), and put your mudguard a little higher

good luck!

"YOU CANT BUY THESE ANYMORE NO RESERVE!!!!!" (from that first ebay...) I REALLY DONT belive that, before, i CANT order those 16" Michelins anymore.... :funny: :funny: :funny: Pitty, that i dont need to order those 16" Michelins, cause i have BRAND new ones in my 750 Paso and i drive with my "best looking Paso" only few times/summer...   ....maybe i have some laying in my cellar with some wine and Koskenkorva bottles.... :funny: :funny: :funny:

well,

actually you still CAN buy them A59/m59 michelins new!

a59 is 122 euro
m59 is 149 euro
shipping excluded.

but these examples are, as you could see, from ebay and maybe theyre cheaper if nobody bids on it.

:D

prices above are from rodamoto(.net) in spain.

i do not work here or something, but i just want you all to know that i've seen no lower prices in europe for so much tyres (brands and sizes)

good luck, ab.

 sorry for this false hopes! Yes, rear tire seems to be really 15" ...

Last winter Rossi tested a 16" (and not a 16.5") rear tire on his M1 at Sepang... If this size would come back on the tracks... and later on the roads. A dream???
